Technical Research & Engineering

GLOBAL INTENT COMPANY

Interactive technical environment for machine learning, scientific instrumentation, computational systems, experiments, and project evidence.

Developed independently by founder and researcher Cory Tortorici. Source code, controlled experiments, null results, architectural iterations, and public research logs are made inspectable across all project nodes.

Laboratory Chronology

LATEST FROM THE LAB

Recent empirical findings, architectural iterations, and null results surfaced directly from active research logs.

Active laboratory research log entries with timestamped records are available in the full research log.

Evidence Vault

Preserves scientific evidence together with its experimental, assay, and bibliographic context rather than reducing heterogeneous evidence to isolated scalar values.

Core Research Question:"How can heterogeneous binding, assay, and activity measurements be stored such that experimental protocols, operators, assay types, and publication provenance remain inspectable and machine-queryable?"

Structural Overview

A typed property graph that explicitly links chemical compounds through granular assay measurements to biological protein targets and parent publications. Scalar numbers are never stored in isolation.

Design Invariants & Principles

[1]Context Preservation: Scientific evidence loses meaning when provenance and experimental context are discarded.
[2]Explicit Relational Lineage: Paper reports Measurement; Measurement generated by Assay; Assay targets Protein.
[3]Bounded Bipartite Verification: Exact match between database cross-references across 7 public repositories.
